Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing mental health therapy to children, adolescents and adults since 2005. In 2007 Ashley opened Journey to New Beginnings in order to provide outpatient therapy in a friendly and compassionate environment. She has expertise working with clients who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, addiction and other mental health disorders. Ashley has extensive training working with victims of abuse and trauma. She is trained in EMDR, CBT and other therapy modalities. Ashley is married with one son and a Labrador named Raven. She loves laying by the pool, being at the beach, anything Ole Miss and most of all spending time with her family.

Leah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults since 1989. She has expertise in issues of ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression and abuse. Leah works with couples who are struggling in their relationship but have a strong desire to repair and become cohesive partners. She is trained in EMDR and other modalities of therapy. Leah is married to her college sweetheart and has 2 grown children. Leah loves all things MSU but when she is not watching the bulldogs play you can find her at the lake or ski slopes. Above all else, pineapples are just a small obsession.
Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience providing mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults since 2002 in a wide range of settings and levels of acuity. Her experience includes school-based, home-based, outpatient, intensive outpatient, residential, inpatient, and university on-campus services. Her passions include working with people on overcoming traumas, depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, and serious mental illness from a place of deep compassion and understanding as well as decreasing internal and external stigma. She is trained in EMDR and utilizes many other modalities in her work, including CBT and person-centered approaches. Nicole is married and is a proud mother of three darling girls--twins and a singleton. When not at work, you might find her outside admiring the beauty of creation on just about any day. She is passionate about hiking, live music, and connecting with friends and family.
Mandy is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in medication management for children, adolescents and adults. She received her education and training at The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Mandy is part of a collaborative team at Journey to New Beginnings whose in-depth knowledge of various treatment modalities, therapies and medications help guide patients towards recovery. Mandy specializes in depression and other mood disorders, anxiety and ADHD, as well as a number of other mental health disorders.
Mandy has been married for 11 years and has 1 child and 4 fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, kickboxing, salsa dancing, restoring antique furniture, gardening and playing board games.

Monica Ferrelli-Lemmon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a LCSW Approved supervisor with 20 years’ experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, adults and their families.
Monica has worked in various treatment areas including in-patient, out-patient, residential, in -home and school-based programs. She strives to provide a nonjudgmental environment while working with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma (past/present), parenting, co-parenting, and life stage issues. Monica is specifically trained in EMDR and Structural Family Therapy but utilizes other treatment modalities as well.
Monica is married and has 3 children. Her main hobbies include walking in the early morning, cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
Laurie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience providing mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults since 2011. She enjoys helping clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, addiction, and parenting issues. Laurie hopes her clients see her as a nonjudgmental, caring, and warm therapist who provides a safe and nurturing environment that encourages positive change. She strives to help each client reach their full potential in their own unique way. Laurie primarily practices with a mixture of EMDR, CBT, and client-centered therapy. She is married, has 1 daughter, and 2 furbabies. Laurie loves to travel, watch Netflix, have dance parties with her daughter, and spend time with her family and friends.
Kristen is passionate about creating a warm and safe environment that allows her clients the space to grow and heal. For over 12 years she has been helping children, adolescents, and adults in the field of mental health. Kristen has been extensively trained in the areas of trauma and grief/loss and is trained in EMDR and TF-CBT. Kristen considers it an honor to journey alongside her client’s through life’s biggest challenges. Through compassionate presence, Kristen seeks to help her client’s gain peace. Kristen is married and has 2 children. When not at work she enjoys spending time outdoors, being with her family and friends, and being creative.
Maggie is our office manager and insurance/billing specialist. She has been with Journey to New Beginnings since February 2013. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time with her children. She is a proud mom of 4 children and a dog. Maggie is a Service Team Leader at her church. She loves volunteering with the children's(nursery) ministry. On the weekends you can find Maggie cooking a big Sunday dinner for her family or making something artsy for her home.

Kim has been working in the mental health field for 4 years and has been happily employed at Journey to New Beginnings for 1 year. She is married and has 3 children. Kim enjoys family time and anything outdoors. Most of all she enjoys her yearly trip to the beach with family and friends.

Raven is a trained facility dog from Duo Dogs, Inc. He provides children, adolescents and adults with a sense of security and comfort while receiving therapy at Journey to New Beginnings. Raven loves making people smile and comforting others every day! His hobbies include sleeping, playing with his human brother, and sharing love with others.
