ABOUT

Dominik Keller, Ph.D.

Living the best life possible is the goal.

We’re all looking for the answer to explain what is going on in life. Sometimes we need help finding that answer, and that’s why I’m here.

As a licensed psychologist, I work hard to collaborate with my clients to clarify their concerns. I use several techniques when working with you, such as testing, parent consultation, and behavioral interventions.

Assessment and treatment can be complicated, making many parents, children, and individuals feel vulnerable. To help you through that process, I ensure that my office is a safe space where you can feel comfortable. When working with you, I encourage you to ask questions and hold nothing back.

When you come to see me, you can expect a driven, fun-spirited person who is on your side advocating for what you need or want. My love for my work comes from being able to help others so that they can live better lives with clarity and understanding.

About Me

Helping others is my passion.

I first realized I wanted to be a psychologist during my first year at Mississippi State University (Hail State!). I fell in love with the work I was doing with autistic children.

Following that passion has taken me everywhere, from Mississippi to Indiana to Nebraska and Massachusetts. Though raised in New Jersey, Mississippi has always been where I feel most at home.

I am excited to be back in Mississippi to share my expertise in assessment, autism, and severe behavior with a state that has given me so much.

Children and young adults are my specialties.

Here at Journey to New Beginnings, I will be conducting diagnostic and psychoeducational assessments, autism assessments, providing behavioral consultation, and conducting behavioral and academic interventions.

I have experience working with children (up to 22 years old), autistic individuals, and families of children with developmental disabilities.

I specialize in autism spectrum disorder. Some of my other specializations include the following: treatment of behavioral issues, assessment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, specific learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder.

I can’t wait to meet you!

Outside of work

I love spending time with my dog, Cleo, who is always up to join me on adventures and travel – between her naps, of course.

I also love reading a good book, crocheting, and photography. If you have any book recommendations, I am all ears!
